Speed & Agility Registration

Lancaster Inferno FC is offering two 4-week speed & agility training sessions this winter. Both sessions are open to girls ages 9-18 regardless of club affiliation.

Athletes will receive 1-hour training sessions that will include individual speed and agility work with a focus on injury mitigation.

The program is led by Inferno’s Director of Performance, Chris Weibel. Chris has over 10 years of experience leading speed & agility training for athletes at the youth, high school, collegiate, post-collegiate, and national team levels.

^*Each session is limited to 20 players per age group.

Speed & Agility Training Sessions:

Winter Session I

November 25-December 23, 2025 – Tuesdays & Thursdays

Age Groups & Times:

6-7:00 PM — U10-U13 (2013-2016 birth years)

7-8:00 PM — U14-U19 (2007-2012 birth years)

Winter Session II

January 6-January 29, 2026 – Tuesdays & Thursdays

Age Groups & Times:

6-7:00 PM — U10-U13 (2013-2016 birth years)

7-8:00 PM — U14-U19 (2007-2012 birth years)

Location:

Kramer Field (100 W Millport Rd, Lititz, PA 17543). All sessions are planned to be on the turf field and will move indoors at Listrak if it is unreasonably cold or there is inclement weather.

Cost:

$240 – Open to players regardless of club affiliation / $200 for Lancaster Inferno FC players

$35 for single session vacancy spots if openings are available on a week to week basis.

Equipment:

Sneakers recommended. Please make sure to bring water.
