Lancaster, PA – Lancaster Inferno improved to 5-1-0 Sunday night as they beat the Patuxent Football Athletics 12-1 at Anne Arundel Community College’s Siegert Field in Arnold, MD. Read the match recap HERE.
They are set to take on Patuxent once again this Saturday, June 15 at 6 p.m. at Warwick High School’s Turf Stadium in Lititz, PA. Lancaster Inferno’s U23 team also faces the Baltimore Warriors at 3 p.m. prior to the first team game. More details on the double header can be found HERE.
Patuxent FA has continued to struggle to find their groove so far this season, currently holding a 0-6-0 record. Previously, they lost to Christos FC, Northern Virginia FC, Lancaster Inferno and Virginia Marauders FC, as well as falling short to Eagle FC twice. Lancaster Inferno looks to continue their winning streak and advance to the USL W League playoffs which kick off in July.
On Saturday, all dads will be admitted free to celebrate Dadurday (the day before Father’s Day). Treat dad to some great USL W League competition and delicious food truck action!
