Although it’s the last home game for Lancaster Inferno’s First Team, our U23 Team is playing their last match on Tuesday, July 1st at Warwick HS Turf Stadium. Admission is $5 and is FREE for children under 5 years old.
Lancaster Inferno will finish their season against Northern Virginia at home on June 29, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. EST. The game will be held at Penn Medicine Park, and will be live streamed here in English. Tickets are available for purchase here.
Lancaster Inferno began the season alongside Northern Virginia FC on May 21, 2025 with a total of six goals collectively. Midfielder Elle Kershner scored two goals for Inferno before suffering a season ending injury.
Inferno enters their second and final matchup against Northern Virginia FC with a 4-4-1 (W-L-T) record, and a 1.38 goals per game average.
Inferno boasts a diverse group of goal scorers with 18 goals on the season and stands as one of only two teams within the Mid-Atlantic division to have scored in every match, never leaving a game without at least one goal in regulation.
On the road Northern Virginia holds a 2-1-1 record in comparison to a 5-0-0 record at home. Inferno holds a 2-2-0 record at home and have the opportunity to award Northern Virginia with their third loss of the 2025 season.
Formerly known as Clipper Magazine Stadium, Penn Medicine Park is the stomping grounds for the Lancaster Stormers. The Stormers play within the North Division of the Atlantic League of Professional baseball—a league associated with Major League Baseball (MLB).
The stadium features a walkway with information about Lancaster’s baseball history and includes a garden of rest roses to honor hall of fame members of the former Red Roses team.
Entering their 11th season, Lancaster Inferno created a brand new home-game experience by partnering up with Penn Medicine Park this season with COO Julie Cleaves showing thanks to Mike Reynolds and his staff for working with the USL W League team to, “ensure that we will provide a great experience to our fanbase.”
