Lancaster, PA – Lancaster Inferno FC is thrilled to welcome Casey Shillabeer to the coaching staff of their year round girls travel soccer club. Casey joins Head Coach Teresa (Rynier) Rook as Assistant of Inferno’s U19 Team.
“I am super excited to join Inferno to further my coaching career and continue to have soccer in my life,” said Coach Casey Shillabeer. “I had an amazing club experience growing up, and I was blessed to have such a positive experience. I want to bring that positive experience to the team and empower these young female athletes. I am so excited to get started!”
A graduate of Cedar Crest High School, Casey was captain her Senior Year and played club soccer with Falcon Futbol Club. Casey played at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg for one year, before transferring to Lebanon Valley College where she finished out her college soccer career.
Casey is currently the Assistant Coach for Cedar Crest High School Girls Soccer. Throughout the years, she has coached youth through high school ages at various camps and clinics within Lebanon and Palmyra. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College, and minored in Management – Human Resources.
“Casey is a recent graduate of Lebanon Valley College,” said Youth Club Director Teresa Rook. “At the beginning of her coaching career, her future with Lancaster Inferno looks bright. Her positive energy and knowledge of the game will be beneficial to all our players.”
