Lancaster Inferno takes on Charlottesville

Lancaster, PA — Lancaster Inferno (7-1-0) will take on Charlottesville Blues (1-8-0) this Saturday, June 22nd at 6:30 PM ET at Warwick High School (Lititz, PA). The Inferno looks to keep their winning streak going in order to qualify for playoffs in the USL W League. The team still has 4 games left in the regular season (2 home and 2 away).

A total of sixteen teams will advance to the playoffs from four conferences that include twelve divisions from across the country. Read more about the playoff structure HERE. Out of the 80 teams competing in the league, Lancaster Inferno is one of five teams to have the fewest goals scored against in the league (4).

Featured food trucks for Saturday’s match include Philly Cheesesteak Co. on a Roll and Greco’s Italian Ice & Homemade Ice Cream. Fans will have the chance to win door prizes and cool down with a fun water balloon halftime game presented by RKL. Purchase your game tickets HERE.

Inferno’s U23 team will also take the pitch this Saturday at Warwick HS for their game against MSI in UWS League Two (UWS2). The match time was changed to 10 AM due to the extreme heat advisory and fans will have FREE admission. After a 5-1 victory over Baltimore Lady Warriors last Saturday, the Inferno looks to keep the fire burning on this hot day in June.
